Olivia and Mark’s Classic Fall Wedding at The Mayo Hotel

The day began with Olivia getting ready with her bridesmaids at The Mayo Hotel! We captured some fun shots in their matching robes before Olivia slipped in her wedding gown. She looked stunning in her dress. After getting ready we headed down to the foyer and Olivia did a first look with her brothers and dad which was so sweet! After that we got on the party bus and headed to the Cathedral.

When we got to the Holy Family Cathedral Olivia and Mark had a first touch and read private vows to each other before heading inside for the ceremony! This Cathedral is one of my favorite churches to photograph because the lighting adds moody lighting that makes for gorgeous photos! During the ceremony Olivia carried a beautiful rosary tied to her bouquet, which was passed down from her grandmother and previously carried by her mom on her wedding day! These touches made the ceremony even more special, highlighting the importance of family and tradition!

The reception was everything! The Mayo is a popular choice for Catholic wedding receptions, and it’s easy to see why. The ballroom’s timeless charm perfectly complemented the couple’s classic fall wedding vibe. From the moment guests entered, they were greeted by impeccable floral arrangements crafted by the talented team at Anthousai. I especially loved the blue and white color scheme! Anna, the lead wedding planner and the bride’s cousin, poured her heart into designing and coordinating every detail! The reception had a packed dance floor and was so fun!
